Overview
Professional Development Service SIX SIGMA programs assist individuals, students, and businesses with product and process improvements specific to best practices of an industry or business function. We do this on premises at your worksite, in workshops on campus and at satellite centres, and one-on-one. At the Professional Development Center you can learn to use the methods and strategies associated with Six Sigma transformation at all levels, from basic to expert.
ONSITE TRAINING: Any PDS training course can be offered at your site--economical, targeted training.
CERTIFICATE & SHORT COURSES: Available in Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma and Design for Six Sigma provided either online or on premise.
IN-PLANT COACHING: A follow-up to certificate courses. Three month engagement that is one to two days per week of coaching a team on implementation details (e.g., leaning out a process, refining a product based on voice of the customer input, eliminating variability for an out-of-control process).
