PDS lean programs provide specialized methodologies for bringing lean principles to your organization. We use best practices based in the appropriate industry or business function to truly drive out waste and drive in sustainable value. We do this on premises at your worksite, in workshops on campus, and one-on-one.  

ONSITE TRAINING: Any PDS training course can be offered at your site, economical, targeted training.

CERTIFICATE & SHORT COURSES: Available in Lean Six Sigma and Design for Six Sigma provided either online or on premises.

IN-PLANT COACHING: A follow-up to certificate courses. A three month engagement that is one to two days per week of coaching a team on implementation details (e.g., leaning out a process, refining a product based on voice of the customer input, eliminating variability for an out-of-control process).
