Lean Design Certificate Program

Program Overview:

Attend and learn the application of lean thinking to product engineering, including design, development and launch functions with a final focus on error-free product launches. The program clearly describes the Toyota Product Development System (TPDS); covers all tools in the system; features two simulations demonstrating tools used before and after product development; provides a unique and customized version of Value Stream Mapping for Product Development, and finally lays out the management structure and behaviors that must occur for success.
