Lean Manufacturing Certification Program

Program Overview:

The PDS lean manufacturing program level one provides a baseline training knowledge of the Toyota Production System and it application to shop floor and manufacturing operations of any size or type. Participants are exposed to modules that consist of overview of lean with simulations, value stream mapping, creating continuous flow, the supporting lean tools, 5 S, standard work, job instruction, kanban and leading the change to lean. The level two program (4 days, to be scheduled) is a train-the-trainer program focused on value stream mapping, kaizens and running lean overview simulations.
